Catalyst advises UHNW families and family offices on wealth stewardship. Our work begins by assessing whether the system that created the wealth is prepared to sustain it over time, then establishing the alignment required for governance, succession and long-term stewardship. Many families do not lose continuity because structures are absent. They do so because the alignment needed to make those structures work is not yet in place across the family system. Governance may exist formally but no longer function in practice, succession planning is deferred, and conversations repeat without decisions being made. We work with families in two ways: 1. The Stewardship Benchmark is Catalyst’s diagnostic, assessing the non-financial conditions that shape continuity across five stewardship domains. 2. The Family Constellation is the deeper programme, establishing the shared direction needed for governance, succession and continuity. Catalyst typically works with families when a family office is being formed, when succession is approaching, when governance is under strain, or when external actions require clearer alignment with family values.
