We have deep expertise in this area. We work on deals of all kinds and of all sizes. Recent effort includes selling shares in a UK manufacturing business to a Chinese investor and working with Linklaters LLP on the sale of IPD Group Limited to MSCI Inc. for over £80 million. However, we are just as likely to be working on buying and selling various companies and assets that are much less valuable, typically between £1 and £5 million for small or medium sized enterprises. Other core work would be any type of commercial contract. We frequently work for technology clients who need help licensing intellectual property rights and or updating their standard terms and conditions. However we are just as able to help with other one-off requests such as licensing space in your office for hot desking.
