Signia Corporate Finance Limited is a financial services company based out of Cheshire, United Kingdom. It was founded by Stuart Lees and Susan Lees in 2013 with the aim of providing creative, “director led” expert advice and corporate finance solutions to company owners and entrepreneurs, in order to maximise shareholder wealth. We specialise in advising on business strategy, corporate transactions, fundraising, succession planning and business sales, across a variety of market sectors. Recent transactions completed have however included a number within the telecommunications, media and technology (TMT) sector. Our unique industry experience has been built on both banking and accounting foundations, facilitating a multi-faceted approach, that delivers the best solution for our clients.
