The Vintage Workers support group was set up by Ad van der Rest in July 2024 to support people of a certain age who find it tougher to source interesting and meaningful work. Restructure, merger and acquisition solutions: Solving transition, acquisition, merger, restructure, upsizing and downsizing projects, TUPE, due diligence, implementation & mop up. Performance and talent management solutions: Performance management vendor selection and implementation to succession planning, employee engagement and talent management. The above services are offered on an Interim basis and by ad-hoc Consultancy.
