We specialise in reverse engineering existing business processes with a view to designing, building and launching innovative service products. We have a background in creating and delivering bespoke business process technology for the legal profession, property sector, insurance underwriters and organisations operating in the green tech space. The team at Arquebus has: Delivered the residential conveyancing workflow process, “Convex”, in 2003 and processed over £.5Bn of property and lending transactions before leading a management buyout in 2008. Worked with brokers and underwriters to design and build workflow process technology to identify risks in title indemnity underwriting, making the process faster and less expensive, allowing this competitive advantage to be passed onto clients as a cost saving. Facilitated the installation of Solar PV Cells on residential rooftops by designing and building process to identify suitable rooftops and give security of tenure for an investor. Designed and built back office systems and processes for an on-line estate agency, as well as web based service delivery interfaces, and further developed these application to tailor them for nice target markets as this agency’s business developed.
