Kirk Lovegrove & Company (KLC) is an energy investment banking boutique, established in 2018. It provides M&A and capital raising advice to energy clients worldwide. Its office is in London. The company’s focus is to provide its clients with trusted, independent, sound advice against a background of the highest standard of ethics. The two founder directors, Martin Lovegrove and Niels Kirk, have long established and well respected reputations in the area of oil & gas advisory. They have extensive senior global contacts in the industry around the world, and are subject matter experts in funding in the capital markets. Martin’s experience is focused on strategy, corporate and asset acquisitions and divestitures. Niels’s experience is focused on all areas of energy corporate banking. KLC has two senior non executive Directors: Sir Angus Grossart, the Chairman of Scotland’s pre-eminent merchant bank Noble Grossart; and Liz Airey, Chairman of Jupiter Fund Management and the Rolls Royce UK Pension Fund. Drawing on the backgrounds of Martin and Niels, KLC will provide a range of advice.
