In September 2023, NOR Capital was acquired by Bryan, Garnier & Co – a leading independent full-service investment bank specialising in the European technology and healthcare sectors. In June 2025, Bryan, Garnier & Co was acquired by Stifel – a leading M&A advisor and a premier capital markets firm, dedicated to serving growth companies and their investors across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
