Hoare also aquired a structured finance team specialising in alternative capital structuring, in-court distressed debt advisory and project financing in the capital markets. Hoare Capital ceased trading in March of 2012 following the persistent decline in market activity. Hoare Capital was an authorised dealer and was regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority (FSA number 482677)
