Close Credit Management was acquired by Bluestone Group in September 2011. The Bluestone Group is a fast growing, multi-national financial services business with its headquarters in Cambridge, UK and offices in Ireland and Australasia. Founded in 2000, Bluestone employs a team of around 230 professionals and specialises in loan origination, consumer loan purchase and debt servicing across its network of offices. The business is owned by a mix of private and institutional shareholders including Lloyds Development Capital (LDC), the UK's leading regional mid-market private equity house which is owned by Lloyds Bank, and Australia’s Macquarie Bank.
