Since inception, the team has managed/asset-managed 31 hotels (c.5,200 rooms) across brands including IHG, Accor and others, alongside independent hotels across the UK. We work as an operating partner to investors entering UK hotels, a hands-on manager for owners seeking performance improvement, or a deal sponsor where required — aligning interests through co-investment where appropriate.
