Blue Sky Corporate Finance is an independent consultancy practice based in the West Midlands. We specialise in providing business finance advice and guidance to the owner managers of small to medium sized businesses. Our services range from helping the management team to prepare the business proposition for fundraising, finding and funding acquisition targets through to buy-outs, buy-ins, retirement sales and corporate disposals. We work with most of the national and local equity investors including venture capital funds, corporate venture funds, development capital funds and business angels. We work closely with national and local banks and other lenders providing asset finance, secured and unsecured loans and trade finance. We also work with national and regional grant providers. In summary, we pride ourselves on knowing who is in the market for investing/lending to SMEs, what sort of investment opportunities they are looking for and how best to approach them for finance.
