Founded in 2008, we are an FCA regulated capital raising firm based in London specialising in alternative and traditional investment products. We raise assets for both open- and closed-ended funds but also arrange financing for companies or fund management companies which require leverage, refinancing, bridge financing for capital call, GP financing or secondary leverage. We constantly look for talented fund managers who look to grow assets and financings to enhance the return of their funds. We do not charge retainer or any expenses relating to our marketing activity. Our commission is solely success-based.
