Passy Partners is a boutique real estate finance house arranging bridge and development capital for sponsors across Europe. Founded by David Hodara, we have spent ten years structuring transactions between €1M and €50M for residential, hospitality, office, logistics and retail assets in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and Monaco. We are not a brokerage. We act as the dedicated finance partner to a small group of sponsors, family offices and operators who require speed, discretion and senior judgment on capital structuring, and to the private bankers, lawyers and advisors who refer them.
