PCS is an independent covenant advisory firm which advises both DB pension schemes and their corporate sponsors on all matters concerning employer covenant. Our dedicated team of pension professionals have over ten years experience advising on a whole range of covenant related issues. Our work includes assessments for triennial valuations, negotiation support for contribution schedule agreements, advising on implications of corporate transactions as well as supporting trustees when engaged with The Pensions Regulator. Whilst our experience has been gained working with schemes ranging from under £20 million in assets, to over £1 billion, we aim to provide the highest quality of advice to all schemes. Costs associated with covenant advice from established providers are sometimes viewed as prohibitive, which is why PCS has developed solutions for schemes operating on smaller budgets with no compromise on the quality of support. Covenant is increasingly a focus of The Pensions Regulator for schemes of all sizes.
