We specialise in Management Due Diligence, assessing whether management teams can deliver the investment thesis through growth, change, and execution. Most leadership assessment focuses on experience or benchmarking. We focus on behaviour. How leaders think, make decisions, and operate as a team when outcomes are uncertain. Our work combines performance psychology with commercial judgement, delivering clear insight on risk, scalability, and value creation. Our team includes organisational psychologists and experienced advisors from PE-backed environments, with backgrounds including EY, SHL, and senior in-house commercial roles. We help investors identify what will enable or limit performance before and after the deal. Most providers stop at insight. We can also support delivery. Through our sister business, Tribus People, we support post-deal execution across leadership alignment, development, and targeted executive hiring. This includes strengthening teams in critical roles such as CFO, COO, and commercial leadership, ensuring the capability is in place to deliver the investment case.
