IQ Energy provides advisory and consulting services across the full power sector value chain: • Asset development: supporting the delivery and monetisation of new utility scale battery storage and renewable energy assets, from site identification through to viability assessments, planning, grid connections, financing, construction and commissioning. • Asset optimisation: securing the best route-to-market and optimisation package for flexible assets (batteries, gas recips) and Power Purchase Agreements for renewable generators (solar, wind, hydro, CHP/LFG/EfW). • Consultancy: advising utilities, off-takers, trading parties and other market participants on a range of projects and transactions – legal and regulatory advice (including industry and network codes as well as GDPR and general business compliance), health and safety, M&A transaction support, commercial strategy and operational projects including credit and risk management.
