non exec academy™ was established to Coach, Mentor, Support and Train senior managers and executives who wish to pursue a career as a Non Executive Director. The primary focus will be on the SME marketing with the concept being trialed in the South West region, prior to a national roll out. The support and training will focus on 'practicalities' not necessarily the 'legalities'. Modules have been derived from the acclaimed Portfolio Directors' 'Taking the Fear Out Of...' training series, which offers SME directors key knowledge on topics such as Finance and Selling Your Business.
