We invest in Small and Mid-sized businesses globally. All of our investments align with the UN’s Global Goals and We seek businesses that make a positive impact on society. We invest in multiple sectors but have a keen interest in the Education, HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and Renewables fields. Our investment criteria are simple. We look for businesses in our target sectors who have an adequate asset base or cash-flow to support new debt, ideally making an EBIT of at least US $350,000. Selling your business is one of the most important decisions you will ever have to take. And making sure your legacy is protected by the new owners makes sense given you will still have friends and colleagues within the business. At Amplify, we care about these soft elements of the business as much as we do about the numbers. Clearly the numbers are important, but not in isolation.
