Complete lean solutions are hands on business improvement specialists. Established in Australia in 2004 by ex Toyota lean experts we have gone on to provide lean support and expertise to companies all over the world. Our main purpose is to help companies remove waste from their business. We do this through direct support, coaching or training. We are not sector specific and believe that lean principles can be applied in any environment. We have clients that vary in size from multi national global organisations through to owner-managed businesses. We work in areas as diverse as telecommunications and banking through to Automotive and defence. Complete Lean Solutions have been operating in the UK since 2006
