Monty Rox Accountancy was founded in July 2025, marking the start of an exciting new chapter in my journey. This is the second practice I’ve built—my first, launched in 2013, grew to serve over 150 clients ranging from sole traders to limited companies before I sold it in 2021. After a short break exploring wellness and NLP, I returned to finance as a Practice Manager at a local accountancy firm. That experience reignited my passion for helping businesses thrive, leading to the creation of Montgomery Rox Accountancy. The name reflects both my roots and my values— “Montgomery” my surname, “Monty” for short, and “Rox” for Roxie, my loyal dog who has always been part of my work life.
