ICAEW Registered Accounting Practice specialising in: - Charities / Not-for profit - Owner Managed Businesses I provide accounting, tax and outsourced services to individuals and their businesses, limited companies and charities. This includes Bookkeeping, Payroll services, VAT returns, Personal tax returns, Corporation tax returns, Management accounts preparation, Year end company and business accounts and Limited company set up and ongoing compliance. For registered charities, I can also advise on Structuring and entity set up; Gift Aid registration and claims; Preparation of Charities SORP compliant Annual Accounts and can also act as Independent Examiner if I am not providing an outsourced finance function.
