Meet our team: - The firm is headed up by Tim Hulse ACMA, BA (Hons) who has over 20 years of experience as an Accountant and Business Advisor gained from senior roles both in Industry and with KPMG in Birmingham - one of the leading "Big 4"​ accountancy firms. In addition to extensive accountancy experience Tim has over 10 years experience in buying and selling companies and played a leading role on major transactions involving the sale of Aston Martin, Jaguar-Land Rover and Sunseeker, as well as numerous other smaller owner and family managed companies. Tim established the firm locally in response to client demands for local accountancy support with a practical business focus, rather than the old school hands off approach of only seeing the accountant at year end. Tim is an accomplished speaker and regularly delivers seminars and workshops for clients and other local organisations. - A founding member of the firm, Lavinia Piper ACMA, BA (Hons) has over 10 years Accountancy and Business Advisory experience gained from large corporate businesses and smaller owner-managed businesses. In addition to her extensive Business accountancy experience Lavinia has direct experience of managing and selling a family business, including managing payroll, VAT, book-keeping, year end accounts and tax returns. This hands-on experience gives her insight and understanding that underpins her advice to you as a business owner.
