We are a private equity company who specialises in the acquisition of owner managed businesses throughout the UK who's turnover ranges from £1m - £10m. Our aim as a business is to acquire successful businesses in key market sectors and add to our group of companies. Upon acquisition we will review, action and implement any changes necessary in order to streamline the business, and it's operations, which will create new job opportunities and allow for further investment both in that business and others.
