Tyrer Law is a Business Law Consultancy covering advice on Contract and Commercial Law to Corporate Clients only including SME's, owner managed businesses and large organisations. Andrew Tyrer is the Sole Director and Principal, formerly in private practice with a large Corporate Law Firm and as General Counsel within a FTSE 100 organisation. From April 2007 until September 2017 Tyrer Law was a law firm authorised and regulated by the SRA. From 1st October 2017 Tyrer Law has de-regulated as a law firm. It is not a firm of Solicitors but is a Business and Legal consultancy focussed exclusively on providing flexible consultancy support on commercial projects for Industry clients.
