Originally formed in 2012 as an independent IT consultancy , HoCo have evolved to become a provider of services and solutions with specific focus on owner managed businesses and entry level corporate mid- market sector. Over the years we have seen many local providers undergo substantial growth, however their success and their rate of growth has resulted in degrading service delivery and cost increases to the organisations who were once their core focus. We believe that all businesses deserve the highest standards of service regardless of their size and that IT should be an enabler not a hinderance to the delivery of efficiencies within a business. Our ethos is that IT shouldn’t be complicated, thus we do not set out to make it so. In our experience overcomplicating a solution leads to unnecessary expenditure which only lines the pockets of those providers who make it complicated. The team comprise of individuals who have sat on both sides of the fence. We have been suppliers, customers, commercial project leads, service delivery managers, installation and technical engineers. We have experienced the pain, lived through the chaos and celebrated the success of many IT related projects.
