Stone Soup Solutions Ltd: We have been involved in businesses: owning, running them, setting them up and closing them, passing them onto other people. We have learnt a lot on the multiple journeys we have taken over the last 40years and are offering to bring the knowledge to you. We are still active in our own businesses and are always looking for the best people to work with, so we have a large network of successful like-minded business people. How we work, we will spend some time getting to know you and understand your needs and aspirations. We take a holistic view of your business and after that we will put forward suggestions to meet your targets, often it is about creating a structure that can be shared with the team as the business grows, helping to bring everyone along on the journey, we also believe in getting in early with such things as Exit Planning, if the systems and processes are in place and embedded in the organisation it becomes second nature and locks in more value. We also work with you as the individual and will be a sounding board either informally or in a formal setting such as board meetings, presentations, fund raising, staff management, where do not have the expertise in any area we will introduce you to experienced business people who can help and guide your team.
