We look to invest $5-25MM in structured growth capital (minority) in companies typically with $3-7MM ARR, and which provide mission critical, verticalized, and mature enterprise products with AI capabilities. With our capital and strategic guidance, our team has taken companies from $5MM ARR to $100MM+ ARR in under 5 years, and sold companies to some of the largest strategic and financial buyers in the world. We are generally geographically agnostic (North America, Europe, Australia primarily) and often assist with global expansion and M&A opportunities for our portfolio. Our executives also have access to a seasoned group of advisers, the Memento Net, to assist across all functions and specialties within a software platform.
