We're a minority-owned -- Houston, Texas based investment group, established in 2019, investing in passionate entrepreneurs, strong management teams and innovative businesses. Maroon is hyper focused on and is capable of supporting the needs of lower middle market businesses in their growth phase and start-ups; including providing growth capital, technical expertise across a number of disciplines and strategic business plan execution support. The founding members of Maroon collectively have over 200 years of professional expertise spanning numerous industries (technology, oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate, private equity, healthcare and finance). The occupational diversity of Maroon, which includes entrepreneurs, engineers, medical doctor, attorneys, financiers, and supply chain professionals, gives Maroon the ability to take a holistic approach to evaluating potential opportunities. Maroon’s goal is not only to put capital “to work” but to identify opportunities where Maroon has the intellectual capital and network to be a force multiplier and a catalyst for growth. We also partner with a broad range of investors to accelerate growth in the companies we invest in.
