Crosstown Capital Partners is a family investment office based in Columbus, Indiana. We partner with founder-operators who have built essential services businesses and are starting to think about the next phase of ownership, whether that’s growth, succession, or bringing on a long-term capital partner rather than pursuing a full exit. Our approach is shaped by more than 25 years of hands-on operating experience. Crosstown focuses on lower middle-market businesses generating approximately $1.5–3 million of EBITDA, with stable demand, repeat customers, and opportunities to reduce owner dependency through stronger processes, systems, and leadership.
