Israel Opportunity Fund (IOF) is a New York City based opportunity fund focusing on buyout and venture transactions globally. Our partners are investment professionals with significant transaction experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital and wealth management from leading Wall Street firms. We specialize in complex special-situation investments including secondary investments in private equity and venture capital funds, recapitalizations and leveraged/management buyout of stand-alone divisions of large corporations. In addition to deploying capital, our partners often assist the management teams of our portfolio companies with corporate finance advice regarding recapitalization, equity and debt financing and domestic and cross-border M&A.
