We are an investment, private equity and operational management firm comprised of organically developed projects, angle investments and acquisitions. We are responsible for actively supporting complex projects or programs including the planning, management, and implementation of the assigned project, program, or portfolio. Critical projects, programs, and portfolios are aimed at accomplishing broad, long-term strategic objectives such as enhancing revenue, improving quality and/or efficiency, improving the processes, affecting cost savings, advancing technological development, impacting talent management, advancing teammate capabilities, implementing new product initiatives and other strategic priorities. Our Mission Statement: Many entrepreneurs can trace their careers back to a powerful lesson. Not all of them get the help of Lee Iaccoca, the man who helped create the first Mustang, turned around a nearly bankrupt Chrysler, and remains one of the most legendary figures in American business, some of them, like myself, learned on the way and from a wise mentor. It was very simple. It was get into a business where you can be a big fish, not the little fish. Get into a business where you can be a change agent, where you can make a difference. It's worked well for me. With interest currently in 15 companies in four different industries, we know the businesses/industry operations inside out, that way you stay afloat and don't go under.
