Thrivewell Ventures employs an internationally proven buyout model known as the search fund, developed at Harvard and Stanford in 1984, to identify, acquire, and operate Small Businesses throughout Central Texas. We are a pair of talented entrepreneurs looking for businesses in need of a succession plan, providing reliable continuity and peace of mind for the outgoing business owners, and operational excellence as incoming Entrepreneurs. We do no aim to buy and flip businesses, but to operate and provide deep, lasting value incrementation.
