We are focused on long-term equity value creation by utilizing the team’s collective knowledge and expertise. We partner and support management teams and look for lower middle market businesses at inflection points where we have opportunities to help guide and accelerate their growth. We are focused in business services, specifically, five core industry verticals including: environmental, health and safety, rental services, outsourced services/BPO, third-party logistics, and test, measurement and inspection. We leverage our group of operating talent and their expertise as a resource to support management teams.
