Booth Park Capital is an independent sponsor focused on acquiring lower middle market companies that welcome an energetic partner who wants to help them accelerate growth. Our objective is to partner with business owners and management teams to add value beyond just providing capital. We want to collaborate with existing teams and provide them with ongoing strategic and execution support. Booth Park believes value creation occurs over the long-term. Therefore, we operate with no predetermined investment horizons. Investment criteria includes companies that generate $1.0 million - $4.0 million of EBITDA in the following industries: niche manufacturing, value-added distribution, and business services.
