We actively invest in small businesses in the Nashville-Charlotte-Atlanta triangle -Stable revenue, $5 - 50mm -EBITDA, $1 - 6mm -B2B and B2C services businesses -Revenue not linked to a special category (SDVOB, etc) -Owner/operator seeking an exit from day-to-day management We have 3 core beliefs at L5C: One – there is a generation of small business owner-operators who’ve developed exceptional companies and are looking for: -An exit from running the business -Realization of the value they’ve created -Opportunity to preserve their legacy -Preservation of their employees livelihoods Two – the veteran community is both under-utilized and a source of top-decile leadership talent.
