EBITDA - >$10 mil EV - 2023 GP run rate > 2019 GP - 2023 EBITDA Margins ~4-10% - > 50 employees Segments/ Categories - Focus on 1-2 niche verticals (e.g. machinery parts, automotive or chemicals - Strong Partner network overseas (> 10 year relationships)
