Juxon Street Partners is an independent sponsor focused on acquiring and scaling trade businesses in essential, non-discretionary sectors. Our current focus is on building a Texas-based platform of exterior building maintenance services, including roofing, waterproofing, exterior painting, window cleaning, landscaping, and janitorial trades. We acquire high-margin, recurring-revenue businesses with strong reputations, loyal customer bases, and proven field execution. We prioritize continuity at the operating level, backing owner-operators who remain actively involved post-close. Our approach is grounded in long-term partnership, structured transitions, and operational support that preserves what already works while enabling scale. We typically target companies with $1.5M–$3M EBITDA for platform investments, and $250K+ EBITDA for bolt-ons within existing geographies or trades. Founded by Juan Pedro Fernández-Cueto (Operating Principal) and Harish Dadoo G. (Investment Principal), Juxon Street combines deep experience in strategy consulting, law, investment banking, and private equity. Both are graduates of the University of Oxford MBA, former roommates, and co-investors in ventures like the Oxford Angel Fund. Together, they bring a shared vision, disciplined investment approach, and a hands-on mindset to every transaction. We are not financial engineers—we build platforms for the long term.
