Second, as an advisor to other sponsors. Third, as a limited partner in “the necessaries of life.” Id. (describing “Food, Shelter, Clothing, and Fuel” as the “necessaries of life”). In other words, THOREAU leads projects through the lifecycle of an investment: acquisition, capitalization, development, management, and disposition.
