Bold Counselor Capital ("BCC", formerly named Bold Counselor Ventures) is founded by two operators with a passion for creating, building, and acquiring new businesses. BCC is an industry agnostic independent sponsor with an investment mandate to acquire minority or majority positions in sturdy companies in durable, consistently expanding industries. We have built a strong backstop of capital sources behind our search for emerging enterprises, including a deep bench of equity and debt investors.
