We embed directly inside your business with senior-level leadership — an Operating Partner, an Embedded CFO, or both — depending on what you need. Most of our clients bring the full team, but we tailor the engagement to fit. We help founders, owner-operators, ETA and search fund buyers, and PE-backed portfolio companies do the things that move enterprise value: build real financial infrastructure, install operating rhythm, prepare for capital raises or exits, and turn the numbers into action. Our clients typically range from $1M to $50M in revenue. LIMESTONE Equity is our permanent equity arm, acquiring and operating Indiana Main Street businesses for the long term.
