Commencement Bay Partners is a search fund operating out of Seattle, WA. We are currently searching for a single company to acquire. Our target company will have current revenues of $5-30 million, with EBITDA of $1.5-6 million. We are searchers looking for a scalable business that adds value financially and economically. Our strategy differs from traditional private equity in that once we acquire a company we then continue on to live the investment as operators for ten or more years. We have raised capital from investors and mentors to fuel a search lasting up to two years prior to acquisition. We encourage prospects to engage with us and discuss their needs regarding their company.
