That’s our role, and although we make loans, we consider ourselves your partner and advisor in maximizing the efficiency of your capital structure. The best way to hit your performance targets is to repay the preferred stock quickly. Our loans are structured specifically to maximize investor distributions. We don’t require compensating cash balances, and we allow you to make distributions before amortizing the senior debt.
