Orev Capital is a direct principal buyer of mission-critical industrial real estate for the ETA and search fund community. We execute sale-leasebacks alongside searcher-CEOs, carving out real estate from business acquisitions to significantly reduce upfront equity exposure and lower effective entry multiples. As a direct counterparty with no fees or intermediaries, we move in parallel with the searcher's due diligence to provide execution certainty and a seamless side-by-side closing. Our focus is light manufacturing and industrial service facilities nationwide, structured as long-term absolute NNN leases that grant operators total control of their physical infrastructure. Founded by Juan Tawil (Columbia MBA '25), Orev combines institutional-grade underwriting with a downside-first approach and deep fluency in search fund structures to help the next generation of CEOs build leaner, more resilient companies.
