Henderson Company, LLC is a Nevada based holding company engaged in a diversified range of asset operations, which are primarily focused in distressed mortgage and real estate as well as agricultural and clean energy companies. J. Henderson Company provides in house acquisitions valuation, asset sales & leasing, loan servicing, loss mitigation, collections, loan processing, construction management, and development management. In addition to our traditional real estate and mortgage loan asset management, we also provide our investor's with consultation and advisory services in purchasing real estate and mortgage loan portfolios. Our companies have engaged acquiring, repositioning, and monetizing distressed assets, as well as servicing loan portfolios. Most recently J. Henderson Company has engaged in clean energy development and agricultural operations. In addition to providing traditional services, we also engage in joint ventures with qualified firms that are seeking to purchase large loan and real estate portfolios.
