Craft Capital is a private Dallas holding company that buys owner-operated Texas businesses from founders ready to step back — and carries the work forward. The name stays. The team stays. Held for the next thirty years. We buy one good business at a time. No fund, no clock, no one to sell you to next. We use our own capital and answer to no outside investors. Today, we are focused on three kinds of business in Dallas-Fort Worth: 1. Residential property management — multifamily, residential, and small commercial portfolios managed by the same person for a decade or more. 2. Residential services & home operations — home management, maintenance coordination, concierge, home watch, and turn-key operations. 3. Home trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and other owner-operated trades that keep DFW homes running. The shape of a business matters more than the label. We look for companies built by one person over decades, with a team that has been there nearly as long, headquartered in Texas, doing $2M–$20M in annual revenue.
