We are a full-service real estate investment firm composed of six entities, each focusing on a specific sector. 8837 Manchester LLC is primarily focused on the acquisition and management of commercial real estate. Noble Capital LLC is solely focused on providing affordable single family rental housing throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan area. During the downturn in real estate in the late 2000’s, Noble played a key role in stabilizing some of the most affected neighborhoods. Our Merganser Holdings LLC entity is primarily focused on the acquisition and management of apartment units throughout St. Louis. Iverson Investments LLC is the vehicle that the company uses to purchase, rehabilitate and re-sell single family homes and apartments in the St. Louis Area. Iverson Financial Group LLC lends private funds to real estate investors for the purpose of acquiring and rehabbing rental real estate. Lastly, Iverson Realty LLC is the company’s real estate brokerage division handling representation for the company’s acquisitions and dispositions. The Iverson Group has participated in several hundred development projects and currently owns and manages in excess 75 rental units.
