I help organisations grow without losing their soul. I’m a People & Culture leader who’s spent the last 15+ years inside fast-growing SMEs, PE-backed groups, tech consultancies and regulated environments. I'm often brought in when things feel messy, stretched, or stuck. My sweet spot is turning good intent into real outcomes: clearer leadership, better decisions, healthier cultures, and operating models that actually scale. I’ve built People functions from scratch, led major transformations, supported acquisitions, reduced eye-watering attrition, unlocked growth, and helped leadership teams move faster with more confidence (and fewer meetings that should’ve been an email). Along the way, I’ve delivered hands-on leadership workshops, coached senior teams, and partnered closely with CEOs who want challenge and support in equal measure.
