Recent client engagements include: • ERP and Consultancy Selection: Leading multiple ERP and consultancy selection processes for private equity and corporate clients and successfully leading the resulting programmes • Transformation Delivery: Leading multiple greenfield finance transformation programmes for private equity portfolio companies including signing of budgets at Board level and successfully leading the resulting programmes • Cost optimisation: Successfully leading cost optimisation efforts delivering up to £10m p.a. in cost savings • Designed Target Operating Models for a range of organisations and successfully re-structured multiple Finance teams • Led multiple successful implementations of Workday (three times), Oracle Fusion (twice), SAP S4 HANA (once) and Netsuite (once) • Post-acquisition integration and carve-outs: Successfully completing the post-acquisition integration of PE-owned luxury retailer into a US-listed group. Successfully led numerous carve-outs and buy & build integrations • Assurance and recovery: Remediated several programmes including a cost optimisation programme and carve-out both with Advent-owned businesses and FT programmes at major technology organisations
