Founded by Ben Suquet, our mission is to provide a solution to passionate owners seeking to complete their journey with a successful succession. We target established businesses generating over £750k EBITDA with a proven track record of profitability and a committed team of 20+ employees. Ben’s 20-year private equity and business career has led him to personally invest in and manage a family-owned business, establish a start-up and support several entrepreneurs and managers through two recessions. Lucena Capital is the realisation of Ben’s long-term aspiration to dedicate his full time and attention to his own entrepreneurial journey.
