Enyaw Group is the parent holding company for a portfolio of ventures spanning real estate, health, media, specialist vehicle engineering, finance, and venture philanthropy. Built on a foundation that started in 1924 — four generations of active reinvention across construction, development, technology, and business building. Not inherited position. Inherited knowledge. The group operates through two arms: Enyaw Capital acquires and turns around established businesses — companies with five or more years of trading history, a demonstrable track record, and the foundations of something significant that hasn’t yet reached its potential. These become the anchor businesses within each vertical. Enyaw Ventures builds new businesses from the ground up — partnering with the right people in the right markets, deploying the Venture Vault methodology, and scaling through joint ventures and licensing where the model supports it. Both arms operate on the same principle: aligned incentives on every side of the table. We don’t advise from the outside. We build from the inside. Enyaw Capital — who we’re looking for: Established businesses in our six verticals. Five or more years trading. Turnover between £500k and £5m. A track record that proves the model works and an owner who knows it could go further with the right partner alongside them.
